Before you call

A few quick checks can sometimes solve the problem — or help us diagnose it faster:

Make sure it has power and the breaker hasn’t tripped.
Check the settings: around 37°F (3°C) for the fridge and 0°F (−18°C) for the freezer.
Confirm the doors close fully and the gaskets aren’t torn.
Keep the vents inside clear of food packages.
Vacuum dusty condenser coils (unplug the fridge first).
