Before you call
A few quick checks can sometimes solve the problem — or help us diagnose it faster:
- Make sure the water taps behind the washer are open and the hoses aren’t kinked.
- Redistribute a heavy or unbalanced load.
- Check that the door or lid is fully closed and the child lock is off.
- On front-loaders, clean the drain pump filter (see your owner’s manual).
